An initial consultation is held at the property in order to discuss the project brief. We sit down and clarify design goals, ideas and advise on any potential hurdles that might crop up during the construction phase.

Our in-house design team then commences the design work with the help of our structural engineers. You are presented with plans, sections and renders of the deisgn as well as all the pre-construction information necessary to begin the construction phase.

We appoint one of our contractors and manage the project on a daily basis. We schedule meetings and calls around your diary to update you on the progress and act as a point of contact between you and the main contractor.

Final build works are inspected thoroughly by ITA Interiors to ensure that the build is finished to the highest standard. A snagging list is compiled and completed ahead of the deadline before we hand back the keys for you to enjoy your new home.
